Mr. Arup Sarkar ....for the State Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. By an order dated 12.03.2025 passed by this Court in CRM (A) 868 of 2025 the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail inter alia on the condition to meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till conclusion of investigation. He has duly complied with such direction. He will have to look for a job outside. As such, such condition may be relaxed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that there had been no violation of the conditions passed by this Court. Investigation is still pending.

Considering the above and in the interest of justice, the condition to meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight is relaxed and till

submission of report in final form the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when required.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
