Records reveal that no one appeared on behalf of the appellants when the matter was last taken up for hearing on 19th August, 2025. However, to grant a last opportunity to the appellants to appear, the matter was adjourned. Today also no one appears on behalf of the appellants and no accommodation has been sought for though Mr. Dhar, learned senior advocate appearing for the Madrasah Service Commission is present.

In view thereof, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed for default.
