By an order dated 12.03.2025 in CRM(A) 869 of 2025, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, inter alia, on the condition to meet the investigating officer once a fortnight till conclusion of the investigation. Till now, the investigation has not yet been concluded. However, the petitioner has been regularly meeting the investigating officer, as directed. Heard learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the order passed by this Court, to meet the investigating officer once a fortnight. However, the investigation has not been concluded as yet.

Considering the above and in the interest of justice, I relax/waive the condition to meet the investigating officer

once a fortnight till conclusion of investigation. However, rest of the conditions would remain the same. With these observations, the application for relaxation of the condition of anticipatory bail is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
