1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the Title Suit No. 315 of 2018.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the suit was adjourned every time by the learned Judge whenever a prayer for adjournment was made.
3. Having heard the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner as well as having gone through the series of orders passed by the Court, I find it necessary to request the learned Judge to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to indicate the order to the learned Trial Judge without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit.
5. With the above observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated and connected application, if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
8. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
