In the second last line of the fifth paragraph of the first page of the order dated 8th April, 2024, the expression "the next date of retirement of the petitioner" shall stand corrected to read as "the day after the death of the husband of the petitioner". 3.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 8th April, 2024.

The other portions of the order dated 8th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
