akb Mr. Narayan Chandra Mandal ...For the Petitioner Inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated March 23, 2023 are corrected as under :- The number of the writ petition "WPA No. 5540 of 2023" appearing at the top of the said order be substituted by the writ petition number as "W.P.A. 5440 of 2023". The number of the writ petition "WPA No. 5540 of 2023" appearing in the 1st line of paragraph 4 at page 2 of the said order be substituted by the number of the Writ Petition "W.P.A. 5440 of 2023".

The order dated March 23, 2023, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated March 23, 2023.

Certified copy of the order dated March 23, 2023, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis on compliance of all necessary formalities.
