Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition apprehending any coercive action against him for recovery of principal amount of loan including interest, which he has taken sometime in 2012 and now, petitioner wants relief of instalment. The loan has been taken and not paid is undisputed and admitted position. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except directing the respondent authority concerned to consider his representation dated 22nd February, 2023, in this regard to consider the same in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized

representatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is observed that the respondent authority concerned may consider for reasonable instalment, subject to imposition of terms and conditions at their discretion. With this observation, this writ petition being WPA 5442 of 2023 stands disposed of.
