1. None appears on behalf of the writ petitioner.

2. On behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3, a photocopy of the instruction dated 09.12.2025 is filed annexing therewith a copy of the Death Certificate in the name of the petitioner wherefrom it reveals that the petitioner passed away on 12.05.2024. No application has been preferred for substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner, as yet.

3. In view of such, we are constrained to hold that the instant writ petition stood abated.

4. With the aforementioned findings, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
