Debasree Roy Mr. Aneek Pandit Ms. Sonakshi Mitra Pandit Mr. Ali Rizvi Ms. Tanistha Jain Mr. Avijit Kundu Ms. Debapriya Ghosh ...for the Petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sealdah to dispose of Title Suit No. 116 of 2024 expeditiously.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the application for injunction is still pending and in spite of repeated directions passed by the learned Trial Judge the written objection to such application has not yet been filed. He further submits that 4th of April, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the application for injunction. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice

upon the opposite parties. However, the learned Advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned Advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sealdah. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner CO 845 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sealdah to take up the hearing of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 on the next date fixed i.e., on 4th of April, 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory application the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sealdah shall make an endeavour to see that the Title Suit No. 116 of 2024 is disposed of expeditiously.
