It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that the respondents have also deliberately failed to consider the representation of the petitioner appearing at page 21 of the writ petition (Annexure P/2). The State respondents are represented and submits that no damage has been caused whatsoever to the property of the petitioner. She also submits instruction prepared by the Officer-in-Charge, Daspur Police Station, District- Paschim Medinipur which is taken on record. However, she fairly submits that the representation of the petitioner be considered and disposed of by the Officer-inCharge, Daspur Police Station, DistrictPaschim Medinipur, the respondent no. 5 herein.
In view of the submission made on behalf of both the parties, Officer-in-Charge, Daspur Police Station, DistrictPaschim Medinipur, the respondent no. 5 herein, is directed to considered and dispose of the representation of
the petitioner appearing at page 21 of the writ petition (Annexure P/2) within a period of four weeks from date and communicate his decision to the petitioner. It is made clear that I have not entered into the merits of the representation of the petitioner and the Officer-in-Charge, Daspur Police Station, District- Paschim Medinipur will not be influenced by any observation on the merits of this case.
With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 4315 of 2019 stands disposed of. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
