Public Prosecutor Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ... ... for the State Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows petitioner was involved in trafficking of women for sexual exploitation. Bail prayer of co-accused viz. Bablu Gazi @ Babul has been rejected by this court. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
