1. The petitioner seeks relaxation of condition of bail.

2. Report submitted by the Prosecution, which shows that the petitioner is complied with all the conditions imposed upon. The same is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is regularly complied with the condition. The condition is imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the Basanti Police Station is hereby waived.

4. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
