The petitioner claims to be a local inhabitant and engaged in various social activities. He claims to have been organized agitation, protest and rallies against the illegal activities of the panchayat authorities of Mashila Gram Panchayat.

This is a Public Interest Litigation.

This matter is dismissed.

The right of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in filing the Public Interest Litigation in accordance with law, is kept open. There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
