The writ petition was called on 24.03.2025 when 28.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.433 Rakib an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioners. Today when the writ petition has been called none appeared on behalf of the petitioners neither any accommodation has been sought for.

In view of the petitioners not interested to pursue the present writ petition WPA 5438 of 2025 is dismissed for default.
