Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the complaint arose out of property dispute. The disputes subsequently were settled. He submits that, since the police filed charge-sheet, detention of the petitioner is not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioners are absconding for about two years. Considering the long absconsion of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1387 of 2022 is dismissed.
