He has submitted that the encroachment is upon the 'PWD land' and not upon the 'PWD road'. He further submitted that in the order dated March 18, 2026, it has been inadvertently recorded that the encroachment is upon the 'PWD road'.

In all places in the order dated March 18, 2026, where there is reference of encroachment upon the 'PWD road', the same shall be read as 'PWD land'. Let such error be rectified.

Let this order form part of the order dated March 18, 2026.
