In the first line of paragraph no. 3 of the first page of the said order, the expression 'The petitioners, who were' shall stand corrected to read as 'The petitioner, who was'.

In the In the first line of paragraph no. 4 of the first page of the said order, the expression 'They seek' shall stand corrected to read as 'He seeks'.

At the end of the sentence in paragraph no.

8 of the second page of the said order, the following sentence shall be added'

"Such benefit made available within a period of 2 months from today (22.05.2024).

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated May 2, 2024.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

7.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
