Ashok Kr. Saha This matter is listed for correction of typographical mistake in the cause title of the order dated 23.11.2023 passed in connection with C.O. 287 of 2014. It is brought to the notice of the Court that during pendency of this revisional application petitioner No.1, Smt.

Mridula Saha died and her heir/legal representativebeing opposite party no. 2 is already on record and an order to that effect was passed by this Court on 13.06.2016. In the order dated 23.11.2023 inadvertently the name of "Smt. Mridula Saha & Anr." has been written in place of "Smt. Mridula Saha (dead) represented by her legal representative Miss Lekha Saha" This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.
