2. Contempt Rule was issued by the coordinate Bench on May 9, 2011 for violating the order dated December 24, 2010 passed in FMA 821 of 2010.

3. Last order passed in the Contempt Rule is dated September 30, 2011. Such order records that, there was a notification issued by the State proposing to acquire the disputed property. No steps were taken subsequent thereto.

4. In view of passage of time from the date of issuance of Rule till date, and since no steps were taken, no useful purpose will be subserved by keeping the Contempt Rule pending.

5. In such circumstances, CRC 7 of 2011 is discharged.

6. Connected applications, if there be any, are dismissed for default.
