Report is placed on record. It appears from the report BDO concerned was consulted and had opined that the name of the petitioner No.3 Bachu Mondal @ Eajul Sarkar appears in the database on National Voter portal. On such basis it is opined that the voter card of the said petitioner appears to be genuine.

In view of the aforesaid report, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner No.3 Bachu Mondal @ Eajul Sarkar shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the

satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the other conditions he shall attend the court proceedings on every date of hearing without fail and shall not tamper with evidence and intimidate witnesses on any manner.

Petitioner No. 3 shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The applications being CRM 2392 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2021 are disposed of.
