It is submitted by Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned senior counsel that after passing of the order dated January 13, 2021, the respondent no.7, the Secretary, Siliguri Regulated Market Committee has made over possession of the relevant shop room with full demarcation to the petitioner.
Even Mr. Dutta appearing for the respondent no.7 produced the relevant documents wherefrom it appears that the petitioner Abhisek Som has received possession of 600 Sq.ft. demarcated space of the market in question. Let the original documents produced by Mr. Dutta be kept on record.
In view of the conduct of the respondent no.7 in the present case, the travelling expenses incurred by him to travel from Siliguri to this Court shall be paid out of his own pocket, without utilising any Government fund. The personal appearance of the respondent no.7 is dispensed with.
The writ petition being WPA 4370 of 2019 stands disposed of in terms of the order dated January 04, 2021. (Ashis Kumar Chakraborty, J.)
