Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Tanmay Kr. Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that presently he restricts his submission for expeditious disposal of the trial.

Accordingly, learned CJM, Burdwan, Purba Bardhaman or the jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the matter would see to that the charges are framed and the trial of the case progresses as expeditiously as possible by fixing at least one date in every 60 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.

Learned Public Prosecutor conducting the case would ensure regarding the production of materials, documents and exhibits on the dates so fixed for examination of the witnesses.

Petitioners would be at liberty to take up the issues canvased in the present revisional application, as the same has not been agitated before this Court in course of cross-examination, defence witness and final argument of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 825 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
