Saha......for the respondents 7 & 8 Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the number of the Burdwan Police Station case in prayer a) of the writ petition, here and now.

The petitioner has prayed for transfer of the investigation of the Burdwan Police Station Case No. 1084 of 2017 dated October 18, 2017 under sections 406/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code to the C.I.D.

A coordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated June 18, 2018 has observed to the effect that charge-sheet is to be filed within a period of six weeks from the date of the said order.

Mr. De, learned senior Government advocate appearing for the State submits that pursuant to the said order, the charge-sheet has been filed and a copy of the same has also been placed on record.

It appears from the said charge-sheet that the case was committed to trial in the Court of law. In view thereof, no further order need be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition along with the connected application stand disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are left free to take all steps before the proper forum in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
