Petitioners submit that they would approach the regular criminal Court for similar relief under Section 528 of BNSS.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 9 and 10 is present.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 7, 8 and 11 is also present.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State is also present. State has submitted a report. Report submitted by the State reflects that notices have been issued. Certain digital evidences have been collected. The investigation of the case is in progress.

Since the investigation is at the nascent stage, it would be in the fitness of circumstances that the petitioner approaches the Court with such prayers at the appropriate stage. No interference is called for at this Stage of the investigation.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5357 of 2025 is disposed of.
