1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The property of the petitioner was sold by the bank under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act. The petitioner is aggrieved by the sale price at which the property was sold.

3. The petitioner has approached the bank with a request for supplying a copy of the sale certificate. The petitioner also prays for refund of the excess amount held by the bank after the sale of the secured asset.

4. A representation from the end of the petitioner in pending consideration before the Branch Manager of the Canara Bank.

5. The bank is directed to take necessary steps to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by forwarding the documents as sought for, at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
