None appears on behalf of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 10.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

Petitioner has challenged the entire proceedings in connection with and pursuant to Baruipur Police Station Case No. 1951 of 2014 dated 16.12.2014 under Sections 447/379/427/325/354/34 IPC along with the proceedings in connection with Baruipur Police Station Case No. 40 of 2015 and also Baruipur Police Station Case No. 77 of 2015. Petitioners are the accused person all the three cases as mentioned above. The crux of allegation is that the accused persons in preplanned and premeditated manner entire the premises of the defacto complainant and ransacked his house.

They were carrying incriminating materials including sharp cut weapons in their hand. They assaulted and also outrace modesty of the female member of the house.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 382 of 2015 is dismissed. Certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all the requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
