A report had been called for from the concerned Police Station and the same has been submitted today before this court through the learned counsel appearing for the State. From the said report, it is seen that the proceeding in the present case has been dropped on 22.03.2023 as the statutory period is over.

Considering the said fact, the present revision has now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. The investigation officer is present in person, his appearance is dispensed with.
