.... Petitioners Mr. Abhijit Kumar Adhya .... For the Petitioner The petitioners submits that the instant revision was filed in the year 2015 for transferring the case from 2nd Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur to the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

It is further submitted by Mr. Adhya that after filing of the instant revision he has no contact with the petitioner and since the matter was admitted about six years back, the instant application may be disposed of according to law.

Accordingly, the instant revision is disposed of for non-prosecution.
