1. This application has been filed for correction of some typographical errors crept in the judgment dated February 04, 2026 as well as in the order dated February 17, 2026. The corrections shall be as follows.

a) In the fifth line of paragraph no.2, the words 'Vivekananda University' shall be read as "Vivekananda International University".

b) In the seventh, eighth and ninth lines of the paragraph no.2, the words 'the petitioner donated through his philanthropic Foundation namely Pradip Ghosh and Kumkum Ghosh an amount of Rs.150 crores' shall be read as "the total projected investment would be Rs.150 crores". c) In the fourteenth line of paragraph no.10, the word 'secretary' shall be read as "President". This correction shall also be incorporated in the order dated February 17, 2026.

2. The correction as sought for in this application to the effect that in the third line of paragraph 3 of the said judgment, the year '2013' shall be deleted and be replaced by '2014, cannot be made , as nowhere in the pleadings, the same is mentioned.

3. The words 'in favour of Pradip Ghosh Family Foundation' in the thirteenth line of paragraph 12 of the said judgment cannot be deleted as prayed for.

4. The above corrections shall be incorporated in the judgment dated February 04, 2026 by the concerned department and in the specific paragraph of the order dated February 17, 2026. The other portions of the judgment dated February 04, 2026 as well as order dated February 17, 2026, shall remain unaltered.

5. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
