Case No. 04(03) of 2019 arising of the Khargram P.S. Case No. 338 of 2017 under Sections 341/323/354A(2)/354B/509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.
Ms. Puspita Sahaa, learned counsel is appointed to represent the State. Her appointment be regularized. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
