The revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the application being I.A. No.6 of 2022 in connection with Money Suit No. 8 of 2020 pending before the learned Commercial Court at Alipore.

Considering the nature of prayer, I find no reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, the service of notice is dispensed with.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on March 29, 2023 is fixed for hearing of the application being I.A. No. 6 of 2022 which is pending for considerable period.

The learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore is requested to dispose of the application being I.A. No. 6 of 2022 on March 29, 2023, if possible.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant revisional application stands disposed of. The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities.
