After hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and upon going through the averments made in the writ petition and the documents annexed thereto, this Court finds that plot being Dag Nos. 506 and 510, within Mouza - Jhawberia under Raninagar Police Station in the district of Murshidabad is owned by several private persons as well as a polytechnic college.

The primary grievance of the petitioner is that the college authorities are trying to construct a boundary wall on the said property without paying any heed to the objection raised by the petitioner in that regard. Thus, it appears that there is a boundary dispute between the owners of the portion of Dag Nos.

506 and 510. Such a dispute cannot be decided by the respondent authorities.

That apart, such a dispute also cannot be decided in a writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of leaving the petitioner free to workout his remedies in accordance with law.
