Koyel Dey (Kar) (VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE) Mr. Goutam Acharya, Mr. Gourab Ghosh ...for the Opposite Party Learned advocate appears for the opposite party. The petitioner/husband is found absent on call. The petitioner/ husband was also absent on 18th January, 2022.

From the record, it is seen that while granting prayer of the husband for stay of operation of the impugned order dated 14th January, 2020 for a period of six months or until further order whichever is earlier provided that the husband was directed to pay litigation cost of Rs. 10,000/- within 15 days from the date of passing of the said order by the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble High Court on 15th March, 2021 and in default, the stay to be vacated. Such interim order stands automatically extended in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble High Court in W.P.A 5323 of 2020.

Anyway it appears that the petitioner after obtaining the order of stay is not appearing and proceeding further with the hearing of revisional

application. Therefore, this Court does not find any need to interfere with the impugned order dated 14th January, 2020 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No. 4 at Barrackpore, the order is hereby affirmed.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 500 of 2021 is disposed of.

Interim order of stay, if any, stands discharged. There will be no order as to costs.
