1. This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No.1859 of 2023 pending before the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge at Barrackpore along with Misc. Case No.14 of 2024.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Basu, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that March 12, 2026 has been fixed for cross-examination of the petitioner.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Misc. Case being No.14 of 2024 as well as the

Matrimonial Suit No.1859 of 2023 pending before it as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit.

5. CO 814 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.
