Mr. Parimal Kumar Pahari ... for the appellant-insurance company Mr. Parimal Kumar Pahari, learned advocate for the appellant-insurance company submits that the insurance company does not intend to proceed further with the present appeal since the entire award has been satisfied. He files written instruction dated 5th April, 2023, which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and considering the written instruction dated 5th April, 2023, the present appeal being FMA 1199 of 2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the appellant-insurance company to withdraw the statutory amount with accrued interest.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
