Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 10th March, 2022 which is an appealable order and petitioner submits that it had filed an objection against the notice under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act which was not considered before passing the impugned assessment order which is an incorrect statement.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the aforesaid objection had been filed after the impugned order of assessment was already passed.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.5174 of 2022 is dismissed in view of the availability of alternative remedy by way of statutory appeal.
