Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail on the ground of parity with two other co-accuseds who were extended such facility by the order dated January 4, 2024 passed in CRM (A) 5721 of 2023. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that, proclamation as against the petitioner was executed on January 10, 2024.

The present application was filed on February 27, 2024. Proclamation as against the petitioner was executed on January 10, 2024.

In such view, the present application is not maintainable and petitioner cannot be enlarged on anticipatory bail on the ground of parity with the other co-accuseds.
