It appears from the information report that CS No. 18155/2016 being filing no. 66971/2016 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Calcutta under section 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code has been withdrawn on 28.04.2017 under section 257 Cr.P.C and the same was dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly the instant application has become infructuous. The instant revisional application being CRR 643 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the application being CRAN 1/2017 (Old CRAN 1592/2017) is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
