Having regard to the reasons assigned in this revisional application and the undertaking given by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, I direct that in case, the petitioner appears before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur, Bankura by 04.02.2023, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur, Bankura would allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond so earlier furnished before the said court. The petitioner shall in the meantime meet the Officer-in-Charge, Patrasayer Police Station once a week till he surrenders or appears before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur, Bankura.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 608 of 2021 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
