Mr. Brajesh Jha Ms. Megha Datta............for the petitioner Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the proceeding being S.C Case no. 35/2011 has already been disposed of and this application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the case is dismissed as infructuous. Furthermore, the impugned order for granting adjournment of the accused person is interlocutory order. Therefore, Revision against order of adjournment is not maintainable. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. Urgent certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously upon taking necessary legal formalities.
