1. In paragraph 1 of the bail petition, it is stated "petitioner is peace loving citizen of India". However, we find that he is a Bangladeshi national. Deliberate mis-statement has been made to mislead this Court.

2. The bail petition is dismissed.

3. Department is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to learned advocate on record for the petitioner upon furnishing a photocopy of the same.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
