This application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 20.07.2023 and seeking restoration of the cancellation application.

2. Having considered the averments made in the application being CRAN 1 of 2023, order dated 20.07.2023 is recalled. The application for cancellation of bail is restored to its original file and number.

4. We have considered the materials on record. It is contended on behalf of the opposite party no.2 that he does not have any document in his possession.

5. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the opinion no case for cancellation of bail is made out.
