Learned Counsel for the petitioner submit he is in custody for more than 200 days. There is nothing on record to show he had fired at the victim. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer and submits presence of the petitioner was recorded in the CCTV footage collected during investigation. He was also identified in the course of test identification parade. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. CCTV footage collected during investigation shows petitioner was present at the place of occurrence. He was identified by witnesses during test identification parade. Bail prayer of coaccused Rana Mondal has been turned down by this Court in February, 2024. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
