C.R.R. 738 of 2011 Court No.

Item 34 ssi In the matter of:- Tapan Kumar Ghosh 17.11.

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing.

No accommodation is sought.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 11.11.2021, 15.11.2021 and 16.11.2021, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one represented on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment.

It appears that the impugned order pertains to a proceeding under Section 144 of the Code. Such an order can be sustained only for a limited period.

For all practical purposes, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
