for the Petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Sanjib Das ... for the State This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in providing the vacancy lists as required by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

I have heard learned Counsel for the appearing parties and perused the materials on record.

Accordingly, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Nadia, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas and the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Barrackpore are directed to provide the vacancy lists as directed by the Commission within a period of six weeks from date.

Needless to mention, in the event of the vacancy lists are provided the Commission is directed to act expeditiously. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
