1. This matter has come at the instance of the appellant for correction of the name of the appearing Counsel for the appellant in the order dated 9th April, 2024.

2. It is submitted that the name of Mr.

Bhudev Chattopadhyay, Advocate representing the appellant is wrongly appearing and it should be replaced by Mr.

S.N. Dutta, Advocate. It is also submitted that Mr. Bhudev Chattopadhyay is not representing the Union of India.

3. Under such circumstances, we direct deletion of the name of "Mr. Bhudev Chattopadhyay" and it should be replaced by "Mr. S.N. Dutta", as one of the Counsel representing the appellant.

4. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 9th April, 2024 and the server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

5. Let it be recorded that the appeal and the connected applications were all disposed of

on 9th April, 2024 and shall not be shown as pending.
