Inadvertent typographical error crept in Judgment dated 08.05.2025.

In the 2nd paragraph at page no. 2 of the judgment dated 08.05.2025 "1(b) Mahendra Choudhury" shall be read as "1(d) Mahendra Choudhury".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 08.05.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
