The present revisional application has been filed inter alia praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit being Suit No. 43 of 2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldia, Purba Medinipur. From the Order No. 28 dated 27th September, 2023 it would appear that the Suit is in the SR&AD stage.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

3. No accommodation has been sought for.

4. In view thereof, the revisional application being CO 717 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
