Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ... for the State Mr. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction given by a coordinate bench of this Court dated 05.5.2022 the passport authority instructed the appellant to obtain permission from the Court to travel abroad.

Under such circumstances, Mr. Chakraborty is directed to serve notice with a copy of the application / petition upon the office of the learned Additional Solicitor General in course of the day.
