ar Mr. Partha Partim Roy ... For the Appellants The appeal has arisen out of an order passed in an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure in a suit for partition.

The trial court directed the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the nature and character of the suit property. Having regard to the nature of application and the reasons furnished in the judgment by the trial court in directing the parties to maintain status quo we are of the view that the trial court has exercised its jurisdiction property and it does not call for any interference.

Mr. Partha Partim Roy, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, submits and prays for early disposal of the suit.

In the event the suit is still pending, we direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lalgarh to dispose of the suit within eight weeks from the date of commencement of the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, when it is unavoidable.

In view of the above direction the appeal being FMAT 128 of 2015 is disposed of.

The Registrar Administration (L & OM) is directed to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lalgarh for compliance and doing the needful.

There will be no order as to costs.
